In the field of quality management and competition, PPEI provide various training program, including:
- Productivity Improvement with 5S
Training on 5S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu and Shtsuke) aims to establish a work ethic that must be implemented by all parties within for the purpose of selection, arrangement, consolidation, and habituation in the workplace. Through this training, participants are expected to understand 5S Activities, Visual Control, and activities so that 3M Activities can be applied to each work place.
- Total Quality Management (TQM)
Total Quality Management Training aims to train the entrepreneurs in implementing TQM in their company to compete in the globalization era.
- Introduction and Documentation of ISO 9001:2000
This training provides the participants with understanding of ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Standard, especially for those who will implement ISO standards in the company.
- Internal Audit of Quality System ISO 9001:2000
This training is a continuation of ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System training, since one of the requirements that must be met in the implementation of quality management system is the implementation of internal audit to evaluate and improve the system for "continually improvement" activities.
