Chairman Speech

Even before its existence as an independent nation, Indonesia was known as an exporter of natural commodities. These derived from the labor of agricultural workers plying the rich volcanic soils as well as from the rich heritage of mineral wealth, including oil and gas. As the nation has developed, the government has sought to build these products for export markets.

To archive this end, Directorate General of National Export Development (DGNED) was formed as a unit of Ministry of Trade with the responsibility to develop and to promote the exports of non-oil and gas products.

Our works start from the grassroots, helping small producers to develop their products suitable for the export markets, and end with the thousands of completed deals that the agency assists in putting together with buyers in international markets.

We welcome any further inquiries that can assist in making Indonesian exported products better known to the world
