DGNED recognizes that protection of its users' privacy is a matter of critical importance to fulfill its mission. Except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise, DGNED will not use users' personal information outside the scope of the purpose for which the information was collected.
Offer of Personal Information
Except to the extent required by applicable law or unless DGNED has obtained relevant user's consent, DGNED will not offer users' personal information to third parties.
Contractor's Use of Personal Information
DGNED may have third party contractors perform DGNED's services on its behalf. In such instances, DGNED may share users' personal information only with those contractors who have demonstrated the ability to control and protect such information and have agreed to strictly comply with DGNED's requirements for the protection of personal information.
Appropriate Control of Personal Information
In order to treat personal information in a secure and proper manner, DGNED will endeavor to take appropriate measures to prevent unauthorized access to, loss or diminution of, or damage to, personal information.
DGNED will continue to examine its personal information policy as needed and will endeavor to improve it as appropriate.
